Construction Methods of Swimming Pools and Spas

Many traditional construction methods are currently in practice all over the world and many other alternatives of swimming pools and Spas construction for instance fiber Glass ( Ready Made swimming Pools) etc. Trends Pools &Landscape; (L.L.C)use the best product deliverable and long term sustainability of the Structure while no compromise on the Quality.

Shotcrete (The Ultimate Quality , long term Sustainability of the Structure )

In 1910 a double chambered cement gun based on a design developed by Carl Akeley was introduced in the construction industry. This device name Gunite, in 1930, generic term Shotcrete introduced by the American railway engineering Association to describe the Gunite process. In 1951, the American concrete institute (ACI) adopted the term Shotcrete to describe the dry-mix process and has gained universal acceptance. In 1950 the introduction of Dry-Mix guns, which applied mixtures containing coarse aggregate, pre-mixed with cement at the high velocities on the receiving structure. This innovation enhanced the effectiveness of process and flexibility.

We, Trends Pools & Landscape (L.L.C) use the Dry –Mix process,

There is no practical difference between the dry and wet mix process except the method of application. Following describes the dry-mix application process,

o Cement and Aggregate are uniformly mixed
o Cement –aggregate mixture is fed into a special Mechanical feeder called delivery equipment.
o Cement –aggregate is carried by the compressed air through the delivery hose to a nozzle body .The nozzle is fitted with a water ring through Hydration (Water) takes place under high pressure and immediately mixed with other ingredients.
o The mixed Material is jetted from nozzle a high velocity onto the surface to be shotcreted.
We, Trends Pools &Landscape; (L.L.C) guarantee you, a strong, Sound, Water Tight Structure and environment friendly structure.

Why Shotcrete is Reliable than Others If Fiberglass is so string then why we don’t build the homes , Bridges out of it ?

Reality of Concrete Pools and fiberglass Pools……………………………..
If you are going to research building a pool, most probably chances are to praise the fiberglass because websites pages, articles, less cost, time etc. and discourage the concrete pools .so how you know about that which one better for you in reality while securing your investment long lastly.

Its depends upon the what you looking for .some people prefer fiberglass because they have no concern about the pool design , water features, pools bars are the few options in the name and most due to less in cost .

On the other hand who choose the concrete because its long lasting, strong, durability and as per your desired features.
As we are in industry from last one decade, we concluded that Concrete Pools and Spas are the best.
Take a glance around you mostly you find the concrete the pools and Spas. Fiber glass is 3% of the industry.
The following reality brings you that, most what you read is skewed- false statements –half truths.
The myth - Shotcrete has 1 ~ 5 years warranty life.
The Truth - We offer 10 year warranty of Pools and Spa Structure
The myth - Construction time period of concrete pools v/s fiber glass Pools takes 10 ~ 15 Days installation.
The Truth - Most Concrete Pools take no longer 6 Weeks to complete …………. Masterpieces can’t construct in a days. A lot of effort , skills Manpower , Planning , execution required to built a Masterpiece while comparing the machine made fiberglass shell
The myth - concrete Pools will take 4 ~ 5 Hours to maintain.
The Truth -Automated option available , you spend less time to maintain your pool than you do with lawn (2 ~ 3 Hours each week subject to the size of pool )

The myth - Fiberglass is 17 Times Stronger than Concrete.
The Truth -Fiber Glass is 17 times is flexible than concrete so do you want a flexible Pool? If fiberglass is strong then why we don’t build the homes and commercial building out of it? You didn’t saw any home, building or community pools made out of fiber glass.
The myth - Fiberglass pools sellers tells that concrete pools rough surface will skin your hands , feet , knees and swimwear
The Truth – they never tell that concrete pools surface is also finished with Mosaic Glass, Ceramic tiles that they are same as the fiberglass Pools
The myth –when you choose the concrete pools you have only entry/exit option is ladder while in fiberglass pools you get the slip –resistant stairs and floor surfaces
The Truth –you have more entry / exit options within a concrete pool including the walk-in steps , swim outs , low level wading areas and slip-resistant ladders and stair steps .
Don’t make a several thousand mistake!!! Make and Get the Right for you!!!
